I'm having trouble booking an appointment...
All services should be listed on the respective Sports/Aesthetics/Wellness pages. From there, by pressing the 'BOOK / CONTACT' button you should be redirected to our Booking Page or Contact Form
If you cannot find what you are looking for or are not sure which service you require, please fill in the CONTACT form and we will get back to you.
Please note, ALL Aesthetics & Wellness bookings are only able to be done via the CONTACT form where we will arrange a CONSULTATION PRIOR to any treatment given.
I'm not sporty, can I still use your services?
Yes! We are degree-trained Sports Therapists meaning we are Musculoskeletal Specialists. This bit is trained exactly the same as a Physiotherapist (anatomy is anatomy afterall!) Therefore, you can definitely benefit from our assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services whatever your lifestyle, age or goal.
In being a Sports Therapist and having a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine, we are experts in the field of Sports Injury, Rehabilitation and Medicine so if you're sporty, you definitely want to book in with us!
Are you also a Paramedic?
Kirry is a HCPC Paramedic and has worked frontline in Birmingham for 7 years seeing and treating all aspects of the population with general health, acute illness, traumatic injury, mental health and cardiac arrest.
In being a Paramedic AND a Sports Therapist, Kirry is able to think about you wholistically - meaning your injury/illness, lifestyle, mental health, socioeconomic abilities and goals you wish to achieve. All our treatment plans aim to help you now and in the future, not just a short-term fix.
What do I wear for my appointment?
Normal clothes are fine however we ask that if your shoes are muddy or you are a labourer, you do your best to be clean before your appointment.
For ALL massage appointments, please wear a removable bra where applicable and bring some shorts for lower limb treatments.
If you are having a lower limb assessment for injury and think your trainers/sports boots may be contributing, please bring these with you for assessment.

Blood Tests - rapid blood tests done at clinic with results in as little as 24 hours (dependent on tests requested) where a report will be provided by our lab.

All tests are non-diagnostic and intended for ongoing consultation with your GP.
Intravenous and Intramuscular Vitamin Therapy
Vitamin administration via injection (IM) or drip (IV) to assist with general wellness and symptomatic relief.
All treatments are personalised to your needs, administered by a HCPC Paramedic, and use safe licensed products.
Vitamin Therapies are not for treatment of disease, injury or illness and the symptomatic relief stated MAY occur. They are not a substitute for prescribed medications nor nutrition.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WHERE INFORMED FOR TREATMENTS INVOLVING A PRESCRIPTION PRODUCT, YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATION WITH OUR PRESCRIBER IN ADVANCE OF YOUR TREATMENT. THIS COULD TAKE SOME TIME TO ARRANGE SO PLEASE BEAR IN MIND WHEN REQUESTING THESE TREATMENTS. YOUR PRESCRIPTION FEE MUST ALSO BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
How do I pay for my booking?
All bookings incur a non-refundable booking deposit (please see booking & cancellation policies) which must be paid to confirm your appointment. This amount is then deducted off your final balance which is payable via transfer/cash at the time of your appointment.
Please note, all late cancellations and missed appointments incur a 100% fee, payable within 48 hours of the missed appointment.
