We offer the following Aesthetic Rejuvenation Treatments: -Polynucleotides -Skin Boosters -PRP Therapy for Hair & Skin -Lip Boosters & Fillers -Dermal Fillers -Anti-Wrinkle / Toxin treatments (such as excessive sweating/jaw clenching) -Micro-sclerotherapy -Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Chemical Peels PLEASE BOOK AN AESTHETICS CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT. THIS IS REQUIRED TO DISCUSS THE OPTIMAL TREATMENT FOR YOU AS WELL AS POTENTIALLY ARRANGE A PRESCRIBING APPOINTMENT IF REQUIRED. THIS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO ANY TREATMENT. A BOOKING FEE FOR YOUR TREATMENT WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS APPOINTMENT. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF LATE CANCELLATION OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS. WHERE A PRESCRIPTION IS REQUIRED, YOUR TREATMENT FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR, IN FULL. *Please state if you have used a brand before, otherwise a product suitable for you will be discussed in your consultation, PRIOR to your appointment date, with total cost variable dependent upon product used. *A booking fee is taken to confirm your appointment which is non-refundable upon late cancellation or no-shows. This is deducted from your final treatment fee post-treatment. *The remaining treatment fee is payable at time of treatment.
Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment with MEDX, you agree to the following: You will turn up to your appointment at the time booked. Late-attendance will reduce your time spent in your appointment as this cannot be ‘added on’ due to other bookings. Failure to turn up to your appointment incurs a 100% fee charge which must be paid by card on file/ within 48 hours of request. Cancellation of appointments less than 24 hours incurs a 100% charge which must be paid by card on file/ within 48 hours of request. Cancellation of appointments without rebooking an appointment incur loss of deposit paid. ALL AESTHETICS TREATMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO TREATMENT. ALL AESTHETICS TREATMENTS REQUIRE A FREE CONSULTATION PRIOR TO TREATMENT.
